Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order after it has been placed. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to our shipping carrier and is on its way to your selected address. During peak times and holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times:
The estimated delivery time reflects the transit time after your order has been dispatched to the shipping carrier. Delivery times can vary based on your location. Please refer to the estimated delivery times for your country below:
- United States: 5-10 business days
- Canada: 7-14 business days
- United Kingdom: 7-14 business days
- Australia: 10-20 business days
- Rest of the World: 15-30 business days
Please note that shipping carriers may experience delays during peak seasons or holidays, which are beyond our control. If your order is being shipped internationally, customs may cause additional delays, extending the delivery time frame.
Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details:
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout. Inaccurate or incomplete shipping information may result in delays or order cancellation. If our system detects an address issue, our customer support team will email you to verify the shipping details within 3 business days. If we do not receive a response, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please email us at contact@junxel.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to make the necessary changes, but we cannot guarantee modifications after this time.
Delayed Delivery:

For example, courier companies may face unexpected delays such as severe weather, transportation issues, or other unforeseen factors. In such cases, we will work closely with the courier to ensure your package is delivered as soon as possible.
There may also be delays in processing your order due to product availability, address verification issues, or payment processing delays. If we encounter any issues that may delay your order, we will notify you promptly.
Please note that Junxel is not responsible for delays caused by external factors beyond our control, and we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. However, we will keep you informed of your order’s status and provide any assistance we can to resolve delays.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
We understand how frustrating it can be to experience lost or stolen packages. Once your package has been handed over to the courier, it is beyond our control. In the event of a lost or stolen package, please contact us at contact@junxel.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
If your package is lost or stolen, we recommend contacting the courier directly to file a claim. Most courier companies have a claims process for such issues, and they may require additional information from you. We will also follow up with the courier company on your behalf and provide updates on the status of the claim.
Please note that Junxel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during transit, as these incidents fall outside of our refund policy. However, depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement if the package is not found or delivered. In some cases, the courier may locate the package and deliver it to you. If not, we recommend filing a police report.
